General Requirements for Teaching Positions:
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area (Master’s degree is strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience (preferably within the Cambridge International Programme)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

Separate Opening: Nursery Supervisor
We are also looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursery Supervisor to lead our early years program with passion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and communicate regular updates on children’s progress
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities in a safe, stimulating environment
- Maintain financial efficiency and manage nursery budgets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Recruit, train, and supervise nursery staff
- Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Support marketing efforts to drive new enrollments
Position Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree (BA or Diploma) in Early Years Education or a related field
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with infants and young children
